Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton February 5, 2007 Mr. Mark Johnson Dear Mark: I am writing to thank you and Derrick Contracting for the excellent service you provided in building our addition in 2005 and 2006. In particular I wish to commend the project superintendent scott Wille. Scott was very knowledgeable about the project, was attentive to the many details, and was simply a pleasure to work with each day. I was also especially impressed with your efforts to help the church control the costs of the project. The information you brought to the table regarding changes and unforeseen circumstances was vital in helping the church make good decisions with its resources. I felt very comfortable working with you and, by extension, with Derrick Contracting. I felt as though we were on the same team in this project, in that we shared the goal of creating a beautiful yet cost-effective space. We have received many, many compliments on our new space from our own community members and our many visitors.
