Justin has over ten years of experience in the construction field and for the last two years, has worked as the Director of Marketing for Fuqua Construction. Justin has a Bachelors Degree in Sports Management with an emphasis in Business Marketing from Southwest Baptist University.

Married for two years, Justin and Danae welcomed their first son, Cade, on July 8th, 2008. Justin and Danae currently lead their youth group at Bethel Mennonite Church in Inman, KS.
